How does our network work for you?

Customer Submits Quote

Our in house repairers quote the customer for the work. If happy, the customer pays a deposit. We then allocate the job to a repairer.

Schedule The Repair

Should you accept the job, you can then send your dates to the customer for the work to be carried out using our in house system

Repair Scheduled

You then simply visit the customer on the arranged day of repair and complete the repair. All payments are handled through us and you are paid automatically on job completion.

Repairer FAQ’s

Below are some of the most common questions our repairers have prior to signing up

No - you have the flexibility to accept as much or as little as you like when it comes to your workload. Some like to use us a a main source of work while others like to use us as a diary filler for quieter periods.
Payments are handled automatically on our system through Stripe. The customer is charged once the repair is complete and the money arrives in your Stripe account the next morning. It couldn't be more simple.
Absolutely, we do not hide the fact that we use trusted repairers to carry out the work. Once the repairer accepts the job, the customer is given all the information around your company.
That's no problem, simply decline the job and it will be allocated to another repairer.
We don't take anything from the amount in which you are quoted on the job. We take a small fee on top of the job from the customer for the arrangement of repair - the price you are quoted for the job is the amount you will receive.
We have an in house SMART repairer who prices up the jobs before being sent off to a customer. We try to charge as fair as possible for both the customer and repairer, charging for blends etc where needed.
