Mobile SMART Repair Technician in Liverpool / Manchester
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile SMART Repair Technician to join a fast-growing mobile car body repair service. This role involves providing high-quality and cost-effective SMART repairs directly at customer locations across the Manchester and Liverpool area. If you have a passion for vehicle repair and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) repairs on customer vehicles, including bumper scuffs, paint scratches, alloy wheel repairs, and minor dents.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard and within the agreed time frames.
Manage a fully-equipped mobile workshop van, maintaining stock levels and ensuring tools and equipment are in excellent working condition. - Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining repair processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately record job details, including photos and repair information, using internal systems.
- Manage daily schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at customer sites.
- Promote additional services and repair options to customers where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or similar role, with a portfolio of completed repairs.
Proficiency in paint spraying, dent removal, and alloy wheel repairs. - Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic IT skills for job management and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £34k -£40k per year
Additional pay: Performance bonus
